Join Certified Instructor Elaine Fleischman for Beginner’s Tai Chi. Learn exercises to reduce stress and anxiety, create harmony and peace in your life, relieve aches and pains and more. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. Limited to 12 participants. Release form to be signed after registration.
