Ghana Cooking with Chef Charles Cann

In this class, Chef Charles Cann, of the Tropical Ghana Cooking Project and cookbook author of Tropical Ghana Delights, will be teaching how to make one of Ghana’s popular soups – Ghana’s Chicken Light Soup – a light tomato base soup that’s fiercely loaded with nutrients, very aromatic while providing the needed energy on any given day. Limited to 15 participants.
