In this class, Chef Charles Cann, of the Tropical Ghana Cooking Project and cookbook author of Tropical Ghana Delights, will be teaching how to make one of Ghana’s popular soups – Ghana’s Chicken Light Soup – a light tomato base soup that’s fiercely loaded with nutrients, very aromatic while providing the needed energy on any given day.
