Tea & Meditation

During this special winter workshop, we will come together in the spirit of self-acceptance to recenter, realign, and reconnect with our minds and hearts. We will practice methods of yoga and mindfulness, gentle breath work, aromatherapy, and journaling, to balance our emotions, release stress, and gain control over our actions in the present moment. You will leave having greater clarity over your mental and emotional state and with tools to practice self-love in your daily life. No prior experience is necessary. The session includes aromatherapy oils and teas, which are also available for purchase in the new Welcome Center & Gift Shop in Castle Gould. Please bring a journal and pen, mat and wear comfortable clothing.
A twice-certified 200-hour yoga teacher in the Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, as well as a 300-hour Certified Aromatherapist, Jennifer has extensive experience in the healing arts, including yoga, mindfulness meditation, energy healing, and the study of medicinal plants and oils. She incorporated Essential Rose Life, a lifestyle brand specializing in herbal teas and beauty products, in 2013. She infuses into Essential Rose Life her personal journey of healing, as well as her passion for healthy living. Jennifer is dedicated to sharing her story and empowering others to experience authentic self-love.
