Preserving summer’s flavors for year-round enjoyment is easier than you think! This class will review a variety of basic techniques for home preservation. Through a hands-on demonstration of water-bath canning, you’ll see first-hand how easy it can be to extend the summer harvest. Each student leaves with a jar of seasonal farm produce canned during the class.
