August 23- 6pm at Barr Beach, Port Washington
August 25- 12pm at Manorhaven Beach, Port Washington

Each class includes a basic paddleboarding lesson, plus starts with GAALS special team-building activities, which are held on the beach.
**recommended for ages 5 & up, but open to girls of all ages**
**Girls ages 10 & Up may come without their moms**

Other Information:
*Boards, paddles, life jackets and fun provided.
* 1 board per pair who signed up together.
* Please wear a bathing suit or appropriate attire. You may go barefooted or wear water shoes if you prefer.
​* Bring: water, sunscreen and bug spray in case it’s needed.
* Parking is free in the lot if you say you’re going Paddleboarding.
