A close look at the Preserve’s soil, rocks, and fossils reveals many fascinating facts about our environment. Dirt Detectives age 4 – 10 will investigate below their feet at the beach, pond, and in the Phil Dejana Learning Center Outdoor Classroom and enjoy a range of hands-on projects and crafts, including a treasure hunt and hand made fossils.
