The Conservancy welcomes Jennifer Goldman and her fascinating program: Tea & Meditation, a full-sensory introduction into the world of medicinal plants, essential oils, and mindfulness. Class begins with a heart-opening tea meditation that soothes the spirit. It follows with light stretching and meditative movement that awakens the body. It finishes with the exploration of essential oils and how they can be used practically to deepen self-love. You will leave feeling elevated and intimately connected with the natural world. No prior experience is necessary.
A twice-certified 200-hour yoga teacher in the Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, as well as a 300-hour Certified Aromatherapist, Jennifer has extensive experience in the healing arts, including yoga, mindfulness meditation, energy healing, and the study of medicinal plants and oils. She incorporated Essential Rose Life, a lifestyle brand specializing in herbal teas and beauty products, in 2013. She infuses into Essential Rose Life her personal journey of healing, as well as her passion for healthy living. Jennifer is dedicated to sharing her story and empowering others to experience authentic self-love.
