Auditions for Stagecoach, a radio-play adaptation of the classic 1939 film, will be held on Thursday, June 22, 7-9 PM and Saturday, June 24, 9-11 AM at the Jeanne Rimsky Theater, Port Washington.

This “old-time radio”-style production will include period commercials and songs between acts, performed by members of the cast, so singing as well as non-singing actors will be cast. We also need some versatile actors who can deliver distinctive voices for multiple characters.The full cast is expected to include six men and three women. Singers — please prepare 16 bars, preferably mid-tempo Western or 1930s-40s standard; an accompanist will be provided.

Performance will be Sept. 24 and will be recorded before a live theater audience for later broadcast.
